Experience: 22 yrs personal training, 25 yrs group exercise
Expertise: Multi-generational training (all ages), active seniors, post rehabilitation, and anyone passion about fitness.
Hobbies: Competitive race walking, team walking events and entertaining my three dogs.

Qualifications/Education: BS Exercise Sports Science; Oregon State University 2010
Experience: 10 yrs personal training, 3 yrs Physical Therapy Aide, Group Exercise Instructor, numerous fitness/wellness lectures and seminars.
Expertise: Sport specific training for middle and high schoolers, post surgey/rehabilitation, healing nagging/chronic injuries, injury prevention. 
Hobbies: Keeping up with his 3 kids, dirtbiking,  soccer, snowboarding, and just about anything  adventurous.

Qualifications/Education: BA Health Promotions with an emphasis in Exercise & Fitness ; University of Cincinnatti 2009
Experience: 10 yrs personal training with 5 years as a Master Trainer
Expertise: Sprint mechanics and lower body agility, multi-generational training , supersetting for maxiumum efficiancy, injury prevention. 
Hobbies: Staying active through sports, strength training, and outdoor activities. Creating new exercise and techniques for clients. Spending as much time with his wife and 2 daughters as possible.

Health and Fitness Coach, certified Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor since 2010. 
Expertise: Well versed in healthy and sustainable lifestyle coaching, injury prevention, strength training, athletic conditioning and fat loss. Skilled at personally tailoring and modifying efficient and effective training programs to suit the needs of any fitness level or specialty group.
Hobbies:
Skiing and snowboarding, basketball, soccer, baseball, trail running, hiking, sustainability, outdoor survival and continuing education on various subjects such as history, archaeology and biology.
