SWIM LESSONS

Register now for Spring and Summer Swim lesson dates! You can register today for classes starting in April and all the way through August of 2019! Our classes will be filling fast! Swim lessons run Mon/Wed & Tues/Thurs for 4 weeks with a class size of 4 kids max.  So…April’s swim session is just around the corner.  Child participants in 8 classes of 1/2 hour per class…class meets twice weekly for 4 weeks.  Executive families receive a 10% discount on lessons!

KIDS NIGHT IN

Join us for Kids Night In Friday April 19th from 5:30-8:30pm. Parents get to enjoy a fun night out while the kids enjoy a night in at the club, with fun games, activities, crafts and a movie! Space is limited, make sure to sign up today. Check in with our service desk for more information.   Go have some “adult time” and we’ll take care of the kids!

FITCAMP WITH PATRICK 

Welcome back Patrick! We are excited to announce the return of Patrick Zwicker to Clackamas' Fitness Coaching team. Patrick's FitCamp Training program beginning next month is going to bring a dynamic, challenging  dimension to our FitGroups. You are guaranteed to burn hundreds of calories and will see great improvements in the way your body moves and better strength gains than on your own.

When: Tuesday/Thursday 5:15-6pm April 4th-30th | Cost $99

Demo Session: April 2nd 5:15pm (FREE)

FITGROUP WITH MELISSA

Do you have an elite athlete in your house age 10-14? Fitness Coach Melissa wants to recruit them into her NEW Elite Athlete Training FitGroup. She is designing a program first with injury prevention in mind, but also to build the strength these young athletes need to excel in their sport and stay healthy while doing so!

When: Wednesdays 7-7:45pm April 3rd-24th (1 session  per week) | Cost $59

NEW GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULES

Look for new group fitness schedules that will start on Monday April 1st!  Participating in GROUP fitness makes exercising actually FUN!  Our class schedule boasts a huge variety of offerings….something perfectly suited to your interests and abilities!  Try something NEW….and stay inspired!

 NEW CYCLE CLASS

Join this fun and challenging cardio class!  Instructors will take you on a virtual ride up hills and push you through sprints to help you achieve your endurance goals. You can adjust the intensity to work at your own pace.   Free for Executive members. Wednesdays 9:15-10:00am beginning April 3rd.

TAE KWON DO

The April session of Tae Kwon Do starts Wednesday April 10th from 7:15 – 8:15pm. Students will learn practical self-defense skills, gain confidence and set their own goals, testing for belts when they are ready. Sessions are just $39 per months!

EASTER SUNDAY - ESAC CLOSED

Enjoy the Easter Holiday on Sunday April 21st.  Both ESAC will be closed for the holiday; get outside and exercise!

FITGROUPS WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL TRAINERS

IZABEL

When: Wednesdays 8-8:45 am

What: Our Javelin throwing, Swedish superstar loves taking her groups through workouts that incorporate a bit of athletic training while remaining focused on building the complete package. Her track & field inspired workouts will give you a unique taste of how much fun working out can be!

When: Saturdays 9-9:45 am

What: Dryland Training for team members on the ESAC Swim Team. These workouts will give kids a greater advantage in any sport, but specifically swimming, by targeting the areas proven to get faster times and stay injury free. 

KRIS

When: Tuesday/Thursdays 10:15-11 am

What: A small-group workout for ages 55+ to get you more flexible, better balance, and enjoy a better quality of life! Once you reach this age, science shows that incorporating specific exercises and stretches can greatly increase your body's ability to age gracefully. There aren't many people who will say they don't want to age gracefully. 

CHRIS

When: Tuesday/Thursday 9:15-10 am

What: Chris loves to see his group achieve a higher strength level while making noticeable improvements in your daily life. More energy, more strength, and more fun are the benefits that Chris' group strives for. Become the weekend warrior you have always wanted to be. 

Definition: FitGroup (noun); A small group of 4-8 exercisers working with certified/degreed Fitness Coach to help you get the most out of your workouts. The 45 minutes sessions take place once OR twice per week and provide accountability, variety, and everything you need to look, feel, and BE at YOUR BEST. These are by far the most popular and most FUN way to get amazing results in minimal time
