Welcome to the ForeverFit E-Lert Page. Please see below for activities for both the East Side Milwaukie and Clackamas Clubs. Make new friends and have twice as much fun as you attend activities for both clubs!

May 27 – Monday - Memorial Day 11:30am ForeverFit Strength class only
May 29 - Wednesday - National Senior Health & Fitness Day. "Workout Wednesday" - Come to class or visit the club so we can beat last year's attendance record! Health & Fitness handouts.
May 30 – Thursday – 12pm Birthday Lunch at TEBO's. Join us to celebrate the May birthdays and enjoy fresh strawberry shortcake!
CLACKAMAS ForeverFit
NEW ZUMBA GOLD SESSION
Zumba Gold is an 8 week class designed to bring Salsa, Hip-Hop and Jazz moves to the mature, active adult. This 45 minute, Latin inspired dance program will get you up out of your seat and on your dancing feet!
May 6-June 24th 11:45-12:30 p.m. Members: $48 Non-members: $62
May 4 – Saturday – 10:30am-3pm – Walk & Lunch – Tryon Creek Trail
Carpool from ESAC, enjoy an hour walk, and the group will choose our lunch spot.
May 6 – Monday – 1:30-2:30pm – Beach Ball Volley
This is a fun noncompetitive chair “volleyball”, only with a beach ball, and it’s a fun cardio workout!
May 11 – Saturday – 10:30am-3pm – Mom’s Day Social
Moms and friends are welcome to come visit the historic Pittock Mansion, and enjoy lunch in NW area (TBD). We’ll carpool from ESAC. Cost $7.50 + lunch $$
May 15 – Wednesday – 1:30-2:30pm - Bingo
Play as many cards as you like….maybe win a prize or two!
Cost: Fifteen cents per triple card per game
May 18 – Saturday – 1-5pm - NW Senior Theatre - “Broadway Highlights”
Enjoy songs, dances & skits from hit Broadway musicals. Carpool from ESAC to Alpenrose Dairy Opera House. Cost: $5.
May 20 – Monday – 1:30-2:30pm – Beach Ball Volley
May 27 – Monday – 11:45am-12:30pm - Memorial Day – EARLY Strength Class!!
May 29 – Wednesday – 1:30-2:30pm – Bingo
