Welcome to the ForeverFit E-Lert Page. Please see below for activities for both the East Side Milwaukie and Clackamas Clubs. Make new friends and have twice as much fun as you attend activities for both clubs!

Feb. 9th – Thursday – 12:00-1:30pm – Let someone special know they’re in your thoughts by sending a handmade card to them. Join us for a unique card making workshop and leave with 4-5 personalized hand-crafted projects. Cost $10 for supplies (bring cash that day). Space is limited. Sign up at the service desk by Tues. 7th.
Feb. 13th – 17th – Random Acts of Kindness Week. There will be a poster and recognition postcards on the studio wall to write down the nice things happening all around us. Be sure to write your random acts down or acknowledge others around you.
Feb. 14th- Tuesday – Valentine’s Day. Join us at 10:30am for a heart-pounding workout and pick up your heart healthy nutrition & snack handouts.
Feb. 23rd – Thursday – 12:00pm –Birthday Lunch Social. Join us in celebrating the February birthdays. Location GG’s Deli. Pre-register by Feb. 21st.
CLACKAMAS ForeverFit
February 3 – Friday – 1:45-3:15pm - Chevy’s Lunch Social
Enjoy a NO-HOST lunch with your friends…walk or drive across the street after class!!
February 6 – Monday – 1:30-2:30pm – Beach Ball Volley
This is a fun noncompetitive chair “volleyball”, only with a beach ball, and it’s a fun cardio workout!
February 14 – Tuesday – 1:45-3:15pm – Valentine’s Day Social Bring red and/or white snacks to share….and don’t forget to wear your red and/or white clothes…….you might even win a prize!!
February 17 – Friday – 1:45-2:45pm – Bingo
Play as many cards as you like….maybe win a prize or two!
Cost: Ten cents per double card per game
February 22 – Wednesday – 1:30-2:30pm – Beach Ball Volley
February 27 – Monday – 1:45-2:45pm – Bingo
February 29 – Wednesday – 8:30am AND 1:30pm - Heart Health Talk
