Core Conditioning
Stand taller, look leaner! Perform 15 minutes of extremely focused abdominal and back exercises aimed at strengthening muscles which serve to properly align & support the spine.

 

Cardio Kickboxing
Jab, punch and kick yourself into shape with this new 30-minute class for all fitness levels.  Empowerment has never felt so good or been so good for you!

 

Cycle X-Training
Look leaner, feel stronger, and blast through the winter blues with this class format that combines cardio with strength, toning, and flexibility for people of all fitness levels. Whether you are looking to improve your favorite winter sport performance or shed some holiday lbs, this class will hit the spot!

 

Group Lift
Learn to improve weight training form and technique. Muscular strength & endurance training performed in a group exercise format. Beginners will experience a rapid increase in strength, while the experienced participant will discover a fun & challenging way to improve & maintain muscular endurance.

 

Studio Ride
An intense 45 or 60-minute workout that will challenge you physically and add a new dimension to your workout.  All fitness levels welcome!

 

$ Pilates
Achieve profound results as you learn the multi-muscle exercise technique developed & introduced by Joseph Hubertus Pilates over 90 years ago. He introduced his technique to the U.S. in 1926 by opening a New York fitness studio, which became very popular with dancers, gymnasts, actors and sports enthusiasts. Because current research has proven the importance of functional exercise, there has been an overwhelming revival of interest in the amazing Pilates’ technique. Enroll in Pilates today so that you too can increase your flexibility, core strength, balance, concentration and control in order to optimize your level of physical fitness. Introductory Pilates workshop required before registering for this class.

 

Silver&Fit Level 2 Experience

Silver&Fit Level 2 is a social and upbeat group exercise class that is designed for moderately active older adults.  Class alternates cardio exercises with total body muscle strengthening exercises using bands and dumbbells.  Class is specifically designed to improve agility and core strength.

 

SilverSneakers® - MSROM - (Muscular Strength and Range of Motion)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

 

To-Shin Do ($)

This form of martial arts offers adventure-based personal development, self defense and mind-focusing skills. Brought to the West by Black Belt Hall of Fame member Stephen K. Hayes, and taught in Portland by instructor and Second Degree Black Belt Thomas Luce, this 1200 year-old tradition teaches the skills, focus, and discipline needed to live a bright, healthy, empowered life. Yoga Basics
An introduction to fundamentals of yoga, emphasizing principles of alignment, basic standing poses and elements of the sun salutation.

 

Yoga for The People
A challenging class, open to yogis of all levels.  Whether you are trying your first yoga class or looking to challenge your current practice, you won't be disappointed.  This class focuses on strength, balance, and flexibility to improve the lives of "everyday people!"

Group Sculpt
Build long, lean muscle and core strength with free weights, yoga inspired movements and total body toning exercises.  This class will help students to, not only strengthen and sculpt thier bodies, but also cultivate a sense of inner strength and overall well being.

 

Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in 40 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
